MarMac® Butyl Sealant
Flexible joint sealing for precast concrete structures.
MarMac® Butyl Sealant C990 is a flexible rope gasket used to seal joints in precast concrete structures. Made from a non-skinning, non-drying butyl-based compound, it retains elasticity and adhesion in extreme weather conditions and resists moisture and deterioration from dilute chemical exposure.
It is commonly used in manhole sections, septic tanks, box culverts, concrete pipe, concrete vaults, utility vaults, and other concrete infrastructure applications.
Key benefits include: ASTM C990 compliance, chemical resistance, permanent flexibility, fast application, hydrostatic performance, no shrinkage, and resistance to adhesion loss or cracking.
Best suited for: manhole joints, septic tanks, box culverts, reinforced concrete pipe, concrete vaults, utility vaults, vertical panel structures, and metal sheeting.

MarMac® MacWrap Coupler
External joint couplers for infiltration protection and concrete structure repair.
MarMac® MacWrap is an advanced external joint coupler designed to help permanently prevent infiltration at reinforced concrete pipe connections, manhole sections, box culverts, and other round or elliptical concrete structures. The coupler uses a full-perimeter external sealing band with specially formulated mastic, woven polypropylene reinforcement, heavy-duty polyethylene backing, and tensioning ratchets.
MacWrap is designed for challenging field conditions and can be used for both new installations and rehabilitation of failed joints.
Available Versions Include: MacWrap for RCP, MacWrap for Manholes, MacWrap for Box Culverts, MacWrap Repair, and Chemical Resistant MacWrap.
Best suited for: reinforced concrete pipe joints, manhole sections, box culverts, stormwater systems, sanitary sewer applications, in-ground or above-ground applications, and infrastructure repair.

MarMac® Dissimilar Pipe Coupler
External couplers for joining pipes of different material or size.
MarMac® DP Couplers join, seal, and restrain the connections between pipes of differing material and/or varying nominal size. The reinforced external sealing band prevents infiltration into gravity-flow drainage systems and joins virtually any combination of structurally sound pipe.
The three-ply band (approximately 180 mil) combines a polyethylene backing, a rubberized mastic layer, and woven polypropylene reinforcement, secured with compression bands. It is cold-applied, needs no cure time, and can be inspected immediately after installation.
Available Versions Include: Universal DP Coupler, Standard DP Coupler, Chemical Resistant, and UV Resistant.
Best suited for: concrete pipe (RCP), corrugated metal pipe, corrugated HDPE, PVC gravity-flow pipe, vitrified clay, ductile iron, BMP separator systems, and all gravity-flow pipe.

AMX 5500 Powered by Microban®
Advanced antimicrobial protection for concrete exposed to microbial-induced corrosion.
AMX 5500 is a liquid antimicrobial concrete admixture designed to help protect treated concrete from bacteria, staining, odors, and microbial-induced corrosion. It is especially valuable in sanitary sewer environments, wastewater infrastructure, and other wet or humid conditions where harmful microbes can accelerate deterioration.
By helping extend the service life of concrete structures, AMX 5500 supports stronger, more durable infrastructure with reduced long-term maintenance concerns.
Best suited for: sanitary sewer systems, manholes, lift stations, wet wells, wastewater infrastructure, and concrete products exposed to microbial activity.
